Check-in

Check-in hours are 3pm-10pm daily. If arriving outside of check-in times, special arrangements can be made subject to availability and fees to compensate associated time staying over. Please call us at 831-655-0515.

Check out is noon. If needed, please ask the front desk if a later check-out time can be accommodated (subject to availability).

One of the exclusive benefits of staying with us is access to our scenic rooftop at all times for the duration of your stay. ​Change and/or Cancellation Policy

If you booked a room with our Standard or Flexible Rate and your travel plans change, you may cancel your reservation anytime before 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date for a processing fee of 10% of the total cost of your reservation. If you booked a room with a Non-Refundable rate or for a stay within 7 (seven) days of your arrival date, there are no refunds on the reservation.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 7 (seven) days in advance of arrival date via email at frontdesk@hotel1110.com to be eligible for a partial refund (Standard Rate less 10% cancellation fee). Again, reservations made at non-refundable rate are non-refundable.

Each room sleeps two, we do not offer extra beds. See the Princess Suite King on the third floor for three overnight guests.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking in the rooms and/or any damage caused during your stay is subject to a cleaning or replacement charge.
 

Adults Only. Our hotel is reserved for people ages 18+. Special situations may allow for older children to be permitted to stay, please call us to make arrangements.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. Service dogs are accepted but we ask that you give at least 48 hours notice before your arrival.  Please call for details.
